Banana, Papaya, Watermelon, and Plain Whole Milk Yogurt Puree

This mixed fruit puree is perfect for babies, when they are ready for solid foods, it's advisable to give it to babies aged 8 months and up.

Precaution: When you introduce, a portion of new food for your baby, it is necessary to provide one food item at a time to eliminate the confusion of determining which food is not suitable for your baby. Remember always to follow a three to five days wait and watch rule. Talk to your pediatrician if you suspect that your child might be allergic. The allergic reaction might include rash, diarrhea, runny nose, vomiting, and lightheadedness.

Before you start cutting the fruits remember to wash all the fruit thoroughly with running water

Step 1

We need 1 medium size ripe banana and 1/8 of medium size ripe watermelon, ½ cup of plain whole milk baby yogurt or regular whole milk yogurt, and ¼ of a medium size ripe papaya.

Step 2

Peel the banana and chop it roughly cut the papaya into pieces then scoop out the papaya seeds until its clean after that scoop out the rest of the papaya then chop them

cut the watermelon in half and cut the half watermelon into 4 pieces then scoop out the seeds then chop them.

Step 3

Place all the chopped fruits in a food processor add ½ cup of the whole milk yogurt then blend it until smooth.

Step 4

Serve or freeze for another meal( it will last until 2 months in a freezer)
