Ingredients
1/4 pound Slice of organic New York strip steak (optional). Alternatively, you can choose a different type of fatless beef steak.
a tiny pinch of salt and pepper, 1/4 tsp ground rosemary, 1/4 tsp garlic powder, and a tiny pinch of dill weed for flavor
1 carrot, 1 potato, and 1 medium size beetroot (or you can choose any other vegetable you have).
Directions
Heat the oven to 400°F and add the steak. Cook for 10-12 minutes until it is well done.
Ensure that the vegetables are thoroughly washed under running water.
Then add the beetroot to the boiling water of the pot and let it cook for 15 minutes until it gets tender.
Add the carrot and potato at the end and let them cook together for 10 minutes.
Once all the ingredients are ready, cut them into pieces so your child can chew them.
