Ingredients
1 Egg
1/4 tsp of Extra virgin Olive oil
a tiny pinch of salt and pepper for flavor (it's optional you can do it without both since the olive oil and the cheese will give a flavor)
1 Sliced Muenster cheese or Cheddar cheese
steamed carrot, broccoli, and green beans or you can choose any other vegetable you like.
Directions
Heat the skillet over medium heat
Add 1/4 tsp Olive oil
Add 1 egg then reduce the heat to low
Stir the egg with a spatula as soon as the egg starts to set and form solid and cooked enough,
Turn off the heat and transfer to the plate immediately to avoid overcooking from the residual heat of the pan
Add the sliced Muenster cheese and steamed veggies on the side and serve
Always remember the temperature of the food is fully cooled down (suitable) before serving it to your child.
